I’m reaching out not just as a web designer, but as a fellow dance artist who’s been part of this incredible community for 19 years.
Digital dance has been my life’s work, and during this journey I’ve met some amazing creative minds — most of my work in web design has come through personal recommendations from people I respect in our field.
A website should do more than just look good — it should feel like you, speak to the right people, and actually work. But getting there isn’t always easy.
New tools can feel overwhelming, finding the right words is tricky, and it’s easy to follow trends without thinking about who you’re really trying to reach.
I’ve had to take a break from making participatory digital dance work. This pause has given me the opportunity to focus on the web design side of my practice — a way for me to continue supporting the arts, especially as I know how challenging it can be for solo artists to develop an online presence that truly reflects their work.
